#I'm gonna rant about them in the tags a lil bit so bear with me #I really like the idea of them taking turns “spooning” each other (or just one laying on top of the other idk)#bc they listen to each others' heartbeats since Lisa's dying lmao #and idk where losa being taller came from #but her canon height says she's 5'11 and i believe it honestly #and kind of the same thing with her being trans; i just think it's a neat character study #especially since we dont know anything about her past or who she was before the game's events #and i didnt rly know how to mark Jean's flirtiness levels because Jean flirtation is VERY different from Lisa flirtation #hers is much more unintentional or very charming like a kiss to the back of Lisa's hand or dancing her around her office when it's late #and she speaks formally too which adds to the unintentional rizz #Lisa cant help but fall for her fr #and i think they are the embodiment of the “fell first fell harder” trope #Lisa falls first and she's content to watch Jean from afar bc she knows how important her job and Mond are to her #and then Jean finally catches up tripping falling bleeding all over ripping her heart out to show Lisa how it beats for her #altho i think it was hard for her to come to terms with it especially since she doesnt want her personal life to interfere with work #so she has to find the balance first #and Jean also knows that being flirty is just who Lisa is and that they are both extremely loyal to each other #but Lisa gets pushed a lot probably when other women start hitting on Jean a little too much #and they're both equally overprotective of each other especially out on dangerous missions #but Lisa feels like she HAS to protect Jean more bc of her importance to the safety of Mond #this is just me rambling tho im literally so in love with them bc theyre just so soft and the wives ever #i am the most sane jeanlisa shipper actually #ty for coming to my ted talk #jean gunnhildr #lisa mici #jeanlisa #genshin impact #ship chart #character art is mine

#reason i wanted to change koe's design was bc i felt like the first one was a bit too basic ig?#wanted to give it more personality beyond being a maid outfit #so a funkier skirt and shorter sleeves and gloves and stuff. idk its more koe and less maid. but still maid #other than that obviously are the two wholly new characters #honestly designing them was interesting in a way bc it was like reverse engineering andys face #i think she takes after her mom more tho #but she also does try to emulate her so thats also part of it #honestly andy is really similar to amary in a lot of ways not just bc of the whole princess thing but the family dynamics to a degree too #there are still some pretty big differences (andy wasnt abused but her father is still really strict and constraining out of worry #and amary's mom was actually kinda the polar opposite of andy's and their emulations are completely different too)#BUT #look read cepheus's flaw. hes not going to be a good guy lol #hes the type that starts out nice enough on the surface but when pushed it will become. again. ends justify the means #very.... #i was watching a show on netflix and it was fine at first but as time went on i kept being like #i just think theres something missing in these subtitles thats making the plot and character motivations a little confusing....#so i went to see if there was other versions and viki had one and Hurrah- makes much more sense 🙏#i dont think netflix was wrong with the subtitles tho i think its the thing where they did a 1:1 translation #but sometimes 1:1 doesnt always work so thats why it was a bit like ?#i think people get caught up in 100% word accuracy but its like..... yeah but when you string the words back together in another language #will it still make sense..... 🤔#people beef with localisation but sometimes its necessaryyyyy #other times its not. itd be a difficult balancing game to translate things #i respect it a lot. trying to keep it true to the original but not awkward or stunted would be hard work

#not DEATH deathly but like. allergic #im allergic to shrimp and guac but i still eat it ..#my throat will get itchy and swell and breathing feels more closed #wherever the food touches also swells in bumps but usually only wherever the food makes contact #but yall. it's so good #the food not the swelling lol i have to sip on water while i eat to help gauge the significance of the throat swelling #i can usually eat up to 2 or 3 big shrimps until i hit my ok.. one more and this will hurt me lots #ill probably still be able to breathe but like it'll be an even bigger struggle than it is now #i think im also allergic to this common italian herb thingy anise? but thats fine bcs i dont like it anyways #but grilled SEASONED shrimp is my weakness. i LOVE SHRIMP!!! add some buffalo sauce and my my my..#idk tho my friends hate when i eat shrimp and will moderate my moderation #'ted ure a medical man. u should be against this' i hungry #idk maybe i dhould cold cut endulging in my allergies now b4 it becomes a lifestyle #i remember when i was younger my boss order me chinese food for doing a Lot of open2closes #and i ordered shrimp and lo mein(iLOVEEEE LO MEINN!!! when i was lil i would get PLATEFULS of JUST lo mein)#(id remove the veggies bcs they got in the way of my noodles)#(but now im older and the texture is too much sameness so i get even amount of lo mein and some sorta meat for Balance)#and i ate like a bit then put the rest in the cooler and he was like 'ure not hungry?' and i told him im allergic #and his eyes got real big and he was shouted my full name like a worried parent #i mean i explained my eat 2 then wait for the swelling to die down and eat 2 more till the inability to breathe gets annoying #but he was still anxious and watching me like a hawk #so #maybe.. i shouldnt do this anymore #does anyone else do this if they have the ability to?#perhaps i am dancing with the devil here #the devil wears privilege

me after editing the aau prologue for the bajillionth time

#First chapter I changed the opening bc I always thought it felt off/abrupt and wanted to have it be prince pov from the start #I wanna get in his head more ok sue me #Beyond that tho it was just some wording edits #Specifically with the internal dialogue moments I helped them flow more/feel more like thoughts #Also mj gets a bit more of their usual edge/pessimism bc the prologue they always felt a bit too “ówò sad poor smol bean” or whatever #That’s it tho chapter 4 I didn’t change bc it’s peak #Did add some teases to later things tho like snatch senses mjs soul at the end of his chap but doesn’t realize it #Or like I added the Not Now running thing in the earlier chapters bc it was more of a chapter 4 thing so I wanted 2 set it up more so boom #I think that’s all the notable edits ig like I said just description additions the only actual new thing is the opener for chap 1 👍#Also also I got to include a hc that I have that I neglected to do before but I hc a!prince used plural internal dialogue #Because lol we love dramatic irony in this house #Grace post #this reminds me tho one of these days I should look through heart strings chapter one to look for editing things #Bc I think I did that recently but I don’t remember it much tho #Mostly just when the Hat stuff starts that was the parts I never directly rewrote I just edited them so they feel out of place in my brain #Also I’d wanna edit her dialogue bc it *was* in character (after rereading her diary’s to confirm) but I wanna have her be a bit more snark #Hat is Hard bc i Need the balance of cute little kid and also smug little shit (affectionate) like she is a pain to write man cries #This is just me rambling lol ignore it I just wanted to spam aau thoughts #In other news I made shapes redesigns but I’m on the fence on posting them bc idk if I wanna spoil or not hhhhhhhhh #Nowadays I’m more chill w spoiling things than I used to be #But there are a handful of things I’ve kept shut about (ex being princes name or mjs species stuff etc)#So I’m not sure if this thing with shapes i should keep secret or just post bc I used to spoil it but idk now #Shrugs #maybe I’ll do a poll later I dunno #Ok yapping over byeeeeee

That two people match each other's freak just right and become harmless #Because that's these two so much!! They're perfect for each other on accident (on purpose) and make each other better!#Ishida would ask too much and Mitsu would give too much if they were with different people #But their tendencies balance each other out - make them realize they're going too far because of what they see in the other #That and they genuinely like each other <3 They want to improve the other both selfishly and altruistically #Selfishly because then they get the best version of the other all to themselves hehe <3 #But altruistically because they wish for each other's happiness and gain confidence in their ability to grant it #They're good for each other's self esteem! I always forget how much time I invested in my Inanimate Insanity interest until I go and look back and holy shit I drew how much shit constantly???

#the amount of art that I have for Inanimate Insanity is no match for literally anything else I've drawn ever #all human versions tho cuz I draw. humans.#rn it's happening with Sonic too like I just like to draw things as humans. the opposite of a furry as one would call me #tbf tho the Sonic guys are like cartoon-y enough animals that I still enjoy drawing them normally #Inanimate Insanity tho like those guys are objects but tbf I do enjoy drawing objects #but I prefer humans much more personally #plus I like figuring out a balance between like Real People and okay well they are a little different they have colourful hair and like #a bit off human biology where like idk their hair is a big more liquid vs normal hair #but I mean they are still basically Humans just a bit more ~magical~ in order to fit some of the story beats in the show #same goes with Sonic characters like Sonic has gotta be super fast and like I'm figuring out how Tails could. watching Joseon Attorney very very slowly because it’s a slow paced show with not a whole lot going for it... but the leads are fun... but mainly because seeing Woo Do Hwan in a sageuk makes me just want to re-watch My Country: The New Age, cuz damn that one was dark, action packed and intense and almost everything that I want from a sageuk.

#joseon attorney #everytime I go into a sageuk tag on here there is at least one person complaining about them just not making it through sageuks #cuz they are boring #and sure to each their own I also have genres I don't gravitate towards #but some of you are just not watching the right sageuks tho to really appreciate what the genre has to offer #not this romance fluff that's masquerading as a mystery or whatever #like so many sageuks seem to be these days #very little intensity and good political intrigue which gives us some great morally gray characters because it's all used #as a background stuff for the romance and for them to have a bit more to do but it's without thought #the romance should feel like a subplot in the political games (unless you are doing The Red Sleeve that managed the right balance) and #the politics should be both giving us so much PINING but also thrust the couple closer together #idk if I am making much sense #but yeah
